Ensure accessibility and compliance for your organisation, with our team on hand to support you on your access journey, from guidance, communication support and workplace support.

Working with theatres, festivals, and events across the United Kingdom to improve accessibility by providing BSL/English interpretation, captioning, audio description, training, consultancy, and access management.

Our passion for Education at all levels drives our work within schools, colleges and universities, providing highly skills support professionals via Disabled Student Allowance, Department of Education funding and directly from education establishments.

Our services can be tailor-made to fit the needs of any combination of client and setting.
All our interpreters and translators that we work with are skilled in enabling clear and accurate communication between deaf and hearing people. Regardless of what type of communication needs you or your client have, we are here to make the process as smooth as possible every time.

Electronic notetaking is an efficient and quick way to enable equal access to those who need it, and tailored to each client’s needs; whether it be remote, live, or emailed to the client at the end of the booking.
All notes are taken to the specific needs to the client to ensure that they are getting the most of the notes.

We understand that acquiring and then maintaining a job, whether that be full-time or part-time, can be difficult, which is why we offer a comprehensive Access To Work package to support our clients on their employment journey and provide them with a high-quality service whilst in employment.

We have a strong commitment to providing exceptional access services to events for deaf and disabled communities. Enabling their active participation in cultural events is at the heart of everything we do.
We make theatre, talks, festivals, and events accessible through BSL/English-interpreted and captioned performances.

A Speech-to-Text-Reporter (STTR), sometimes called a Palantypist or Stenographer, is a person who is trained to listen to what is being said and simultaneously convert this to text on a screen. This can be a large screen at an event, a laptop screen, or several smaller screens around a room.

Fact: People with disabilities can learn and work; many are independent, and with appropriate support, can achieve significant career goals, though societal barriers often hinder them.
Fact: Lipreading alone is unreliable—only around 30–45% of English speech is visible on the lips, and many words look identical. BSL is a separate language with its own grammar, so qualified interpreters are essential for full and accurate access.

Fact: Around 1 in 5 people in the UK have a disability. Accessible communication—interpreters, captions, audio description—improves inclusion and safety for a significant proportion of the population.

Fact: Interpreting is a regulated profession requiring qualifications, CPD, and strict ethical standards. Using unqualified individuals risks miscommunication and safeguarding issues.

Fact: Many Deaf BSL users have BSL as their first language and may find written English less accessible. BSL translations and qualified interpreters provide true linguistic access.
